I am overwhelmed. What can I do?

You can feel worried, upset, or alone. You are not alone.

Start by connecting with others. You can also learn how to ask questions and search information to get help.

Take care of yourself. If you are too tired, you cannot do all you want to do for your child. Find activities you enjoy. Talk to people you trust. Ask for help.

We all feel grief, anger, or sadness. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or sad most of the time, talk with your doctor. You and your doctor can create a plan to get the support you need.
